1. Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
    • Please note that shipping may be delayed due to high order volume or inventory status.
  2. Delivery Time

    • For domestic (Korea) orders, shipping usually takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • For international orders, delivery time varies depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
  3. Shipping Fees

    • Domestic shipping fees may be waived if your order exceeds a certain amount; otherwise, a shipping fee will apply.
    • International shipping fees will vary by country and weight. The exact amount will be shown during checkout.
    • Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

    • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Customized items, limited models, pre-orders (regardless of model), and Early Access purchases (regardless of model) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  2. Return Shipping Costs

    • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • If the item is found to have a factory defect or is otherwise faulty, PAULVICE will cover the return shipping cost.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Return & Exchange Procedure

    1. Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please email us at plvekorea@gmail.com to inform us of your intention to return or exchange.
    2. Shipping the Item: Follow the instructions provided via email. Use a trackable shipping method (registered mail or carrier with a tracking number). We are not responsible for lost packages in transit.
    3. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories (tags, boxes, etc.) intact.
    4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the return or exchange status via email.
  4. Exchange Policy

    • We will waive the shipping fee for the new order if you request an exchange (one-time exchange per order).
    • In principle, exchanges are only for the same product (e.g., different size or color if available). Depending on inventory, you may be able to select a different product, in which case any price difference will be settled accordingly.
  5. Wrong, Missing, or Defective Items

    • If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or defective, you must contact us at plvekorea@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Please include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We will respond promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
  6. Final Decision

    • In the event of a dispute regarding the return/exchange eligibility of a product, PAULVICE reserves the right to make the final decision.
